Crossroads

Sometimes, God asks us to step out of our comfort zones or stay within our discomfort zones.
Whatever it is that God commands us to do, we obey. Just as when Abraham offered Isaac as a sacrifice, promise of blessings will be bestowed upon those who surrender all that they have and all that they are.

We may be uncertain of what we may gain or lose, but we are certain that God will provide us of what we need and what we hope for.

Leading us Home

Whether it be the sun or anything surrounding it (including us humans), God is in control. We are all subject of His sovereign authority.

All throughout time, His loving kindness endures forever. He stilled storms to a whisper so that the waves of the sea were hushed (Psalms 107:29). He simply does not calm gushing winds but gladdens our hearts and guides us to our desired havens (Psalms 107:30). He will take us home!

With these in our hearts and by having faith on His sovereign power, we can have peace even in times of trouble. Whatever kind of distress we are in, He will faithfully bring us out of it. We just have to surrender ourselves, our troubles, and brokenness to His loving and pleasing will.

Be still, my heart. God is in control.

Beauty in the Mundane

All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made [John 1 :3]. Everything existing on earth belongs to God. Things are made and people are born through Him alone. Thus, if we look closer, we can see Him even in the mundane; we can see Him in the most seemingly ordinary or even vile situations. For we walk by faith, not by sight [2 Corinthians 5:7].

The first step in seeing beauty in anything is believing that God created it.

Glimpse of God's Glory

A failed attempt on astrophotography nevertheless rendered an awe-deserving photo.
Men may fail, but He never fails.
May every photo portray a glimpse of God's majestic glory.
